Weekly Backups

In case you manage a popular site or a resource–heavy web application, it is essential to keep a complete backup of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automated backup system is difficult. This is why we offer you our Managed Services solution – we will keep a full backup of your VPS server, not only of your sites and hosted content, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, saving all the configurations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Server, you will have absolute freedom to install any script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to install and might require some extra setup from you. This is where our Managed Services offer can help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – this means that you can literally employ one of our practiced server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software package that you need. Alternatively have him resolve a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an optional feature for the KVM VPS Servers.
